Every year the Rotary Club hosts the Tennessee Soybean Festival Golf Tournament. Proceeds from this event go to the Rotary Scholarship Fund. Four $1000 scholarships are awarded each year.
A Ham Breakfast is held every year during the second weekend of December. Last year, Martin Rotary partnered with Weakley County Education Edge for this breakfast of fun and fellowship. A portion of the proceeds went to Education Edge.
Other community programs receiving financial support from the Martin Rotary Club include the City of Martin Soccer Complex project and the Carl Perkins Child Advocacy Center. Annually, Martin's club sponsors a Cal Ripken baseball team, donates $250 to Westview High School's golf team and is a proud supporter of the UT Martin Rodeo team.
